The Team Development Process™ is designed to develop teams to be innovative, fully functioning and self-supporting over an 18-24 month period. It utilizes the Team Analysis Questionnaire to measure results and identify targeted development needs at key intervals in the process. Throughout the program the team learns how to communicate more openly and directly with each other. The process results in a high level of trust, increased innovation and shared leadership. The end result is a higher level of productivity bringing innovative solutions, new products and continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction. An outline of the process is below:

Program Length: Series of Modules focused on building skills over a 18 to 24 month time frame… with on-the job application exercises between each training module.

Measure level of clarity and agreement on purpose, vision, values and goals. Measure trust level in the team.
Module 1 - Communication & Trust (3 days - 2+1)
Key Concepts
Awareness of differences in team, incease trust level, agree on purpose , vision, values and goals
4 Follow-up Meetings
Assess increased trust level and improved communication. Check progress on action plans. Monitor team results.
Module 2 - Innovation & Change (2 days)
Key Concepts
Identify team members' innovation styles, measure team coping skills, Use Z-Process to improve team Innovation and Change Management.
4 Follow-up Meetings
Improve communication; Improve problem solving; Improve flexibility; Improve team spirit.
Module 3 - Shared Leadership (2 days)
Key Concepts
Leadership is an Act, not a Role each team member is responsible for contributing Acts of Leadership becoming a high performing team.
