Susan Cullen is the President and Founder of Quantum Learning Solutions, Inc. She has a Master's Degree in Organizational Development and has authored many articles addressing methods for enhancing leadership and employee productivity. She holds certifications in numerous performance management consulting and technology-based resources, and has over 20 years experience in the learning, consulting and performance improvement industry. She is the author of numerous e-learning courses addressing leadership and management skill development.
Susan is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Management, the Human Resource Management Association and past member of the Women President's Organization. She is a certified distributor and associate for Inscape Publishing, CRKI Interactive, and Performance Support Systems. She is also the Northeast Affiliate for IMPAQ, a leader in accountability training.
Kathie Dorus
Kathie Dorus is the Director of Operations. She is the point of contact for many of our clients and is known for her excellent customer service skills and ability to consistently go the extra mile to meet our client's needs.
Kathie is available to answer questions about our many courses and assessment tools, and helps to coordinate program logistics.
Nicki Carfagnini, Senior Facilitator
Nicki Carfagnini is available as a facilitator for the participant training sessions. She has over 10 years experience with Quantum's clients to deliver high impact learning programs. She has worked with many of our national clients, as well as frequent trips to serve our clients in Europe and Australia. She has over 15 years experience in the training and development industry, providing management and team building programs.
Nicki has extensive training experience in the topics of DiSC, managing performance discussions and leading change. Participants consistently comment on her positive, upbeat, energetic facilitation style. Nicki is based out of Chicago.
Gina McAndrew, Senior Facilitator
Gina McAndrew is available as a facilitator for the participant training sessions. She has been delivering high impact training programs to Quantum's clients for over 9 years. She has over 16 years experience in the training and development industry. Gina has received numerous awards for her training in the hospitality industry as part of the Walt Disney Quality Service Seminar and Hyatt's Management Module Training Course.
Participants consistently comment on Gina's humor and ability to quickly build rapport with the participants. Gina is based out of Chicago.
