Time Management Skills for Leaders

Managers frequently struggle with the need to manage multiple priorities.  This course utilizes a Time Mastery Profile which enables each participant to create an iindividulized development plan for their unique time management challenges.  Reinforcement follow-up sessions build accountability for helping participants implement their desired time mastery action steps.

The Time Management Skills for Leaders course is available in the following formats:

  1. Traditional Instructor-Led Classroom. This course can be customized for your organization and delivered by a facilitator to employees at your location. 

  2. Live Online Course. This course is delivered by a facilitator over the internet.  It is highly interactive and ideal for geographically dispersed participant groups.

  3. Online Public Classes.  This class is offered to the public for enrollment.  All you need is a computer and a telephone.
