Each participant will receive the Everything DiSC Management Profile™ to help them learn about their own style and how to direct, motivate and develop each team member.
Session 2: Managing Performance - Coaching Others to Succeed
Time: 90 Minute Online Instructor-Led Session
One of the most difficult things managers face is coaching their staff to improve performance. This class addresses the key communication skills every manager needs to use and provides a 7-step process for conducting performance coaching in a motivational and productive manner.
Session 3: Managing Priorities - Time Management
Time: 90 Minute Online Instructor-Led Session
Our highly technological age is making everything appear urgent, just as workloads are increasing. This class helps managers identify their most important, not just urgent, priorities. It also addresses how to plan schedules, set goals and overcome procrastination. The Time Mastery Profile™ helps each manager create an action plan for improvement. As a result, managers are more productive in less time and with less stress.
Session 4: Managing Change - How to Lead Staff to Embrace and Implement Change
Time: 90 Minute Online Instructor-Led Session
People are naturally resistant to change, yet all progress depends on it. This class helps managers understand their strengths and development needs with the Leading Change Profile. They will learn the importance of clear communication about any change, and how to gain buy-in for non-negotiable changes in the workplace.
