360 Degree Feedback and Developmental Planning - Live Instructor-led Virtual Course

One of the most effective tools for real behavior change is the ability to receive candid 360-degree feedback from those we work with (one’s manager, direct reports, peers and own self-assessment). This program combines the use of an online 360-degree feedback questionnaire and workshop with telephone coaching. It helps each participant identify their perceived strengths and development needs, and create an individualized, targeted path for professional growth and development.

Program Length: This is an on-line instructor-led program consisting of 2 online sessions, a 360 degree feedback report and telephone coaching.

  • Learn how to analyze the feedback effectively to identify strengths and development needs

Virtual 360 Degree Feedback and Development Planning Program Process:

The program is structured as follows:

Session 1: Orientation to 360 Degree Feedback
Time: 30 minutes

This session proides an overview of the 360 degree feedback process for the participants who receive feedback and those that provide it to them. Confidentiality is assured to each respondent. Data is then collected and the 360 degree feedback report is emailed to the participant for review.

Individual Coaching Session
Time: 45-60 minutes

A one-on-one coaching session is conducted by telephone with each participant. During this time, the participant's 3 Key Development Needs are identified and a specific, targeted action plan is created.

Session 2: Maintaining the Feedback Process
Time: 60 minutes

This session is designed to serve as a reinforcement vehicle for the participants in the program. During this time, participants discuss the successes and challenges they experienced when implementing their Development Plan and meeting with their manager. Suggestions are provided for enhancing their key development needs.
