It takes a special skill set to manage and lead others effectively. Research shows that most individuals, when first promoted to a management position, feel ill-equipped for the role. More seasoned managers, when not provided with adequate training, have similar experiences.
Successful companies want managerial employees to acquire the needed leadership skills quickly and thoroughly – not through trial and error. That takes training – intensive, effective and ideally impacting the manager’s schedule as little as possible. Our online Fundamental Leadership Skills program provides just that: comprehensive management training delivered to the manager’s desktop. No travel, no lengthy days or weeks away from the job. Blending live on-line instruction sessions with interactive self-paced review modules, this courseware combines maximum learning and instructional flexibility with minimum schedule impact.
