What equipment or software do I need to participate in the Online Instructor-Led training sessions?

The only thing you need is access to the internet and a telephone line. You can then join us for an Online Instructor-led Course from your office, your home, a hotel or any other location where you have access to the internet and a telephone.

Is Online Instructor-Led training as effective as the Traditional Classroom method?

Both types of program delivery are effective for helping people learn. We offer Classroom, Online Learning and also a Blended Approach, which combines each. We do find that retention is greatly enhanced with reinforcement sessions and self-assessment instruments for personal application. How many people can participate in any of the Online Instructor-led classes? How many people can participate in the Traditional Classroom courses?

The Online Instructor-Led Classes usually utilize two instructors, and we can accommodate up to 25 people per session. The Traditional Classroom approach is best with 16-20 participants/session.

How do I find out what is available in an Online Instructor-led format?

You may view our library of courses designed specifically for Online Instructor-led Training. In addition, most of our Traditional Classroom courses can also be delivered in an Online Instructor-led format. You may also view our Entire Course Library.
