Working With Diverse Behavioral Styles

We each think, act and are motivated in unique ways. One approach that worked excellently with one person may yield a different response from someone else. This program utilizes the DiSC® model for understanding behavioral styles to help participants understand themselves, effectively read the needs of others, and adapt their approach to be most effective with co-workers.

The Working With Diverse Behavioral Styles course is available in the following formats:

  1. Traditional Instructor-Led Classroom. This course can be customized for your organization and delivered by a facilitator to employees at your location. 

  2. Live Online Course.  This course is delivered by a facilitator over the internet.  It is highly interactive and ideal for geographically dispersed participant groups.
