Every person has distinct ways of thinking, feeling, and acting, which reveal themselves in their behavior. These behaviors can be grouped into four major categories and 15 behavioral patterns. People who can recognize or “read” another person’s behavioral style are able to adjust their interaction. Armed with this knowledge, salespeople can communicate more effectively with different people. This module utilizes the DiSC® model for understanding human behavior.
The Behavioral Styles and Selling Styles course is available in the following formats:
- Traditional Instructor-Led Classroom. This course can be customized for your organization and delivered by a facilitator to employees at your location.
- Self-Paced Elearning Course. This course is available to any individual at any time. It includes a Learning Assessment with Certificate of Completion.
- Live Online Course. This course is delivered by a facilitator over the internet. It is highly interactive and ideal for geographically dispersed participant groups.
