This one-day, highly interactive session provides executives, directors and managers with the essential strategies and tools for leading Accountability-based individual, team and organizational performance improvement. The working session focuses on how to respond effectively to constantly changing environments in a way that increases everyone's ability to "count on each other" and to manage through the oft occurring but seldom anticipated changes, delays and slippages common to complex business process.
We begin by introducing the Personal Accountability Model, identifying ways for moving from the victim or blame mode to a more highly accountable mode when planning projects, solving problems, and dealing with conflict.
During multiple application sessions, participants explore "habits of performance execution" that need to change in order to reach a new level of performance excellence. They learn how to increase Accountability in communications, planning and recovery efforts, and dealing with the "Wall of Fear" when facing major challenges. Participants come away with a deeper understanding of individual and shared Accountability coupled with practical tools they can apply with their teams and direct reports.
