Supervising By Design

This program provides first line supervisors or new supervisors with the skills they need to understand their role and manage people effectively. With the pace of automation accelerating, effective supervisors are needed to understand the systems and lead others to carry out their jobs. This program was designed to help supervisors, foremen and managers to perform at the highest possible level.

Program Length: 2 days or 4 half days
