Prioritizing the importance (not urgency) of tasks, and identifying what and how to delegate.

Module 4: Listening

Utilizing the most effective approach to effectively listen.

Module 5: 360 Degree Feedback and Planning

Creating an individualized Development Plan after receiving feedback from one’s manager, direct reports and peers.
